21st November 2006 - FleetPride Announces the Purchase of E&E Parts & Equipment

FleetPride, Inc., the nation's largest independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck parts, announced today that it has finalized the acquisition of E&E Parts & Equipment of Springdale, AR.

Todd Dunn, President and CEO of FleetPride said, "We are very excited to add another Arkansas location to our national footprint. This northwest Arkansas acquisition will give us presence in a market that was previously served through our Little Rock branch."
