Comec Presses and Grinders of Italy would like to confirm their successful introduction of their innovative Flexmatic 300 Brake Pad Automated Press and Post Cure system.

The customer that purchased the first full system is now purchasing another system confirming the reliability of the new concept Flexmatic 300 and the confirmed payback for their investment.

This new fast and flexible press plus post cure system can often incorporate clients existing tooling, saving large expense and time.

Smooth flow connections can be easily made from the Flexmatic 300 system to our Comec Grinders including the new Robotic RPF.21 Grinder creating a fully automated production cell.

Output is greatly increased, and set up times shortened requiring minimum operator supervision.
