The R&D department at Roulunds Braking is looking for a competent Application Engineer. The Roulunds Braking Group produces brake pads, shoes and discs for the passenger car business. The Roulunds Braking Group has production sites in Europe and Asia. The R&D Centre is located in Denmark.
The R&D department is working with development of friction products for the automotive industry. Developed products are tested and documented on test machinery and cars respectively. We are working closely together with our international customers as well as colleagues in affiliated companies abroad.
The job:
| ° | Preparation of technical documentation and presentation to the customer in close cooperation with the Key Account Manager. |
| ° | In cooperation with our chemists to develop a material in compliance with the customers’ requirements. |
| ° | To agree on test procedures with customers. |
| ° | Preparation of internal test methods and specifications based on the agreed test procedures. |
| ° | To establish and maintain a close technical contact to the customers. |
| ° | To organize own and technician’s daily work load. |
| ° | Foreign travel is expected. |
Skills and educational qualifications:
| ° | Degree qualified Engineer. |
| ° | Experience from the automotive industry. |
| ° | Knowledge of the German automotive industry. |
| ° | Structured but at the same time creative. |
| ° | Able to work with minimal supervision. |
| ° | Spoken and written German and English. |
| ° | Knowledge of OEM/OES. |
| ° | Used to working with tight deadlines. |
