Within the Fluid and Motion Control
Group, the Motion Technologies Value Center designs and manufactures
Friction Pads and Back Plates for braking applications (Friction
Technology) as well as Shock Absorbers (KONI) for the world’s
largest manufacturers of cars, trucks, trailers, buses, light
commercial vehicles and trains. The Value Center has a strong
presence in the automotive and public transportation after market
through its different brands such as KONI and Galfer.
We are looking for a talented,
motivated sales and marketing professional who has the ability and
determination to work in a team environment delivering exceptional
results on a daily basis.
This position is responsible for
business development and account management; including, planning,
evaluating, organizing, integrating and controlling the North
American sales effort. They will plan, direct and coordinate the
activities associated with the accomplishment of the organization’s
objectives and defined sales goals. They will ensure that all
orders and customer communications are promptly and accurately
handled and will take appropriate action to resolve any issues that
might arise. In collaboration with Senior Management, will develop
and support broad policies for the development of new products
and/or services and plans to increase market penetration based on
strategic plans. They will assist in developing and recommending
pricing strategy for the organization. They will maintain contact
with all levels and disciplines of existing and potential customers.
