Limited.  In January 2005 CTD acquired the assets of All Metal Machine Specialties.  Tabco and All Metal complement CTD’s manufacturing base in North America by adding the production of drum brake shoe components and fine-blanked backing plates to our existing manufacturing capability.  As a result, we can better serve our existing drum brake shoe and backing plate customers with a broader product array and improved lead times, from distribution centers in Conyers, Georgia, and Toronto, Canada.

The facilities at CTD allow the production of conventionally blanked, conventionally blanked with shaving (fine blanked tolerances in caliper contact areas) and fine-blanked backing plates.  All engineering, die design, die building and die maintenance is done in house as to provide superior quality on all product lines.  CTD is ISO9002, QS9000 (3^rd ed.) Certified and undergoing TS16949 Certification (estimated completion date late 2007).
