Frimatec's large resource of formulas and processes for many friction material applications is the base for our custom tailored solutions. There is no "one best solution" for all customers - the specific conditions each customer has in its own plant and region needs to be considered and the formulas and technology has to be adapted to it.

We develop AM and OE non-asbestos formulas for your needs for:

Production Outsourcing Service including QA Service

Frimatec's latest Service for customers is outsourcing of non-profitable production. This could be done with your formula or with new formula developed by Frimatec. We build a mixing area and a 1000 sqm warehouse to produce the secret mix and to prepare the raw materials to the selected producers.

The following service we offer to our customers:

o        Develop or adapt the right formula for the production process at producer site

o        Start-up the production at producer site

o        Develop the process according the German standards including quality control

o        Install the final inspection system according the need of end customer

o        Run quality audits at site (for OE with QA of end customer)

o        Delver the secret mix as premix to producer

o        Deliver the needed raw materials to producer and approve the local raw materials

o        Make the export shipment to our customer or end customer if needed

o        Make sure that only good parts will be delivered with own quality inspection at site; each batch will be approved in Germany before shipment

QA Service for our customers presented in China market

Frimatec started 2008 in cooperation with Forcom (our Chinese partner for many years) a Quality Assurance Company and offer QA Services for our customers and producers in the China market. QAS control the quality according our standards in the manufacturing companies to be able to deliver OE/OES and AM products according the standards of ISO 15484 and VDA 2. All goods for export have to pass the QAS quality system to get the supply approval with the necessary QS documents.

The “Shanghai Frimatec (QAS) Co., Ltd.” and its 1300 sqm warehouse are located in the Shanghai Free Trading Zone.
